木曜日、朝からお泊りを楽しみにして興奮しているキャンパーも多かったようです。
ラジオ体操もしっかり覚えてきました。朝のリレーは二人三脚。同じグループのカウンセラーやお友達と「いち、に、いち、に」と声を掛け合いながら肩を組み一周。
We did a three-legged race.
まずはお昼ご飯に使うきゅうりとたくあんを、細長く切りました。包丁づかいも少しずつ慣れてきました。
We sliced cucumber and Japanese pickles Takuan for lunch. Many campers have learned and felt comfortable using a knife by now.
お泊りをするキャンパーは、おとまり荷物を持ってキャンプ場までハイキング。テントで一緒に寝たいお友達同士とカウンセラーでグループを作り、テントを張りました。
Those who are going to stay for the sleepover camp hiked around the lake and up to the hill to the campground. The campers made a group of friends and counserlos who want to sleep together and then worked together to build a tent.
その間お泊りをしないキャンパーはシェルターで風車作り。
In the meantime, those who do not stay for the sleepover stayed in the shelter and made a pinwheel.
テント張りが終わったキャンパーがシェルターに戻ってきてお昼ご飯。巻きずしを作りました。
Once the campers who were at the campsite came back to the shelter, we had lunch. We made our own sushi rolls.

We also did a game called Suika-wari, try to hit a watermelon with blindfolded.
おやつにすいかを食べ、絵描き歌を教えてもらい、お泊りをしないキャンパーはさよならをしました。
After having watermelon for snack, we learned another song to draw a picture of an octopus and then those who do not stay for the sleepover went home.
残ったキャンパーはまずカレーにいれる野菜を切りました。
Those who stayed chopped vegetables for our dinner.
サングラスをかけて玉ねぎ切りをする女の子たち。
水あめを食べました。練り練り。
We had liquid candy called mizu-ame.
自由時間の後、夕飯のカレー。
After the free play time, we had curry for dinner.
キャンプ場に移動し、テントに荷物を入れ、キャンプファイヤー。今年も火の神様と森の神様が来てくれました。
We hiked up to the campground after dinner. We had campfire.
歯を磨いて、おやすみなさい。
